President

Joe Webster is a commercial insurance advisor specializing in the design and execution of complex risk financing programs for real estate owners and operators.

He has advised on large-scale commercial and multifamily portfolios with total insured values in the billions, structuring layered property and casualty programs and navigating challenging insurance market conditions. His work is focused on aligning coverage with portfolio strategy, capital objectives, and long-term ownership goals.

Joe’s background also includes experience advising within private equity and mergers & acquisitions environments, where he supported insurance strategy across complex, multi-jurisdictional exposures.

He also serves as Managing Director of Florida Insurance Group, where he is responsible for leading strategic growth initiatives and expanding the firm’s commercial insurance capabilities.

Prior to founding Lucid Risk Partners, Joseph served as a Regional Vice President at Marshall+Sterling, where he led a multi-state practice overseeing complex commercial portfolios, guiding placement, and maintaining executive level carrier strategy.

He holds an MBA in Risk Management & Insurance and maintains CPCU, ARe, and ARM designations.
